Please give 24 business hours notice for any cancelled or rescheduled appointments to avoid a $45 broken appointment fee.

Note: 24 business hours notice means Monday appointments need to be cancelled by the Friday before (when we are closed on Saturday) or by the Saturday before (when we are open on Saturday).

Please text or call our office to make your appointment if:

• You are making an appointment for the next 2 hours
• You don’t see an appointment time that works for you
• You are making an appointment with Dr. William “Billy” Moscow
• This is an emergency
