Jennifer A. Dattolo, OD, FCOVD
Dr. Jennifer Dattolo is a 2000 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she received Honors in Pediatrics. Dr. Dattolo began her professional career at Roswell Eye Clinic in 2000. She works in all areas of optometry including contact lenses, glasses, eye emergencies, and specializes in vision therapy and head trauma. She received her Fellowship in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) in 2008, where she is now a member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Dattolo has been the Georgia State Director for COVD since 2004. In 2005, Dr. Dattolo received a Special Merit Award from Community Health Charities of Georgia for her work with the Special Olympics Opening Eyes Program. She was state chairperson for Opening Eyes from 2001-2007. Dr. Dattolo was also awarded a Community Service Award from the Roswell Lions Club in 2010. She has been an active participant in the InfantSee Program since its beginning. Dr. Dattolo has been a member of the American Optometric Association for 16 years, the Georgia Optometric Association for 11 years, COVD for 11 years, and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association for 1 year.

Dr. William Moscow
Dr. William (“Billy”) Moscow graduated University of Georgia in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in Biological Science. He graduated Southern College of Optometry in 1978 with a Doctor of Optometry degree.
Dr. Moscow founded the Roswell Eye Clinic in 1979. He is committed to providing the highest quality eye care to adults and children for over 30 years. He is certified and has extensive experience in therapeutic treatment of eye diseases such as dry eyes, glaucoma, red eyes, foreign bodies in the eyes as well as co-management of LASIK and cataract surgeries. He is experienced in prescribing specialty contact lenses for patients with dry eyes, kerataconus, astigmatism and bifocals. He is one of the premier fitters of Synergeyes hybrid contact lenses. Roswell Eye Clinic is one of only 25 clinics in the United States that is currently fitting the Duette multifocal lenses.
Dr. Moscow has been a continuous member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association for over 33 years.
Hobbies and community service include receiving his private pilot’s license in 1967 and obtaining his Instrument rating and commercial helicopter pilot’s license. Through aviation he has volunteered with Angel Flight, American Cancer Society and many other charitable organizations.

Dr. Sharon Berger, FCOVD
Dr. Berger has been a resident of Roswell since 1980 and co-owner of Roswell Eye Clinic with her husband Dr. William Moscow. In private practice Optometry for 30 years, Dr Berger specializes in working with children and adults with special needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and head injuries. Dr. Berger has worked with children and adults in vision therapy since 1973.
Dr. Berger received a B.S. degree and Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee in 1980 and is licensed to practice optometry in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee and California. She is presently serving in her third year as a member on the Board of Trustees at Southern College of Optometry. She is serving on the advisory board at the Porter School.
Dr. Berger has been a member in good standing for over 30 years in the Georgia Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, College of Optometrist in Vision Development, and the Optometric Extension Program. She received a Fellowship in the College of Optometrist in 1983 and served as chairperson for Infant and Children’s Vision Committee in Georgia 2004-2005, and the State Director for the College of Optometrist in Vision in Development for 15 years. She is also a member of NORA (Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association.)
Dr. Berger’s charitable activities include volunteering for the Special Olympics, Second Helpings (delivering food bi-monthly to North Fulton Community Charities), Lions Club, Vision USA (offering exam and glasses to those of need at no charge to the patient), and InfantSee (free eye exams for children under one year of age).
Dr. Berger is a much sought after lecturer about Vision to Parents, Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapists, Schools, Support Groups and Rehab Centers.
